Upgrade your Land Rover Defender L663 by fitting these genuine Land Rover heavy-duty cast metal rear tow loops and Powerful UK chequer surrounds.

This kit contains everything you need to add these 'always ready' permanent towing loops to the rear of your Defender (you reuse the bolts that are already fitted).

This kit comes complete with a set of our own custom chequer plate surrounds (available separately as TOW735).

As well as the practical reasons we think these just look cool and add to the rugged off-road look of the vehicle.

This upgrade kit contains:

• 2x Genuine Land Rover Towing Loops in Black
• 2x Powerful UK Chequer Plate Surrounds (Full Size Type)
• 2x Spare Wheel Arch Clips

The standard towing hook is removable and is usually kept inside the vehicle and screwed into place as and when you need it.

These are genuine Land Rover towing loops that are painted in Black.

When the towing loops are fitted the recess can look unfinished, we offer a range of kits with several different solutions for this:

• Kit B - Towing Loops, Red Acrylic Inserts, Spare Clips
• Kit C - Towing Loops, Chequer Surrounds (Full size type not compatible with Powerful UK bumper cover), Spare Clips
• Kit D - Towing Loops, Chequer Surrounds (Slim type compatible with Powerful UK bumper cover), Spare Clips
• Kit E - Towing Loops, Genuine Inserts, Spare Clips

The surrounds are pre-fitted with automotive grade self adhesive tape and supplied with an alcohol based surface preparation wipe to ensure maximum adhesion.

You need to unclip the rear arches to remove the rear bumper so we also supply you with 2 spare wheel arch clips in case you lose or break any (we dropped one of ours down the drain as you'll see in the video!).

These are genuine Land Rover tow loops.

Fitting Details

Note: Land Rover's fitting instructions state the torque for the bolts is 170 Nm
