Surface Mount Plinth
for Apple MagSafe
fits EARLY
type charger
This listing is for a surface mount plinth for the Apple MagSafe EARLY type phone charger.
Apple changed the design of the MagSafe charger in 2024 which was slightly smaller - see our other mount for the LATE type charger (see photo to check which type you have).
NOTE: MagSafe charger is not included - this listing is for the mount only.
The MagSafe charger is a great bit of kit but lacks any fixing points for mounting it.
We have designed this surface mount plinth to give you a range of mounting options so it can be mounted horizontal/vertical/angled, whatever your project.
The mount includes 4x M4 sized countersunk holes and we will supply you with 4x M4 bolts & nuts to get you started.
The cable can be routed in 2 ways:
- Exit out of the bottom of the mount for a surface mount option
- Through the surface behind the mount (if the mounting surface allows) which will hide the wire for a clean looking install
The mount measures approximately 72mm x 72mm and is around 10mm deep.
This item is designed and manufactured in the UK.
Note: This plinth is not compatible with the 2024 model MagSafe charger (25W) as this is slightly smaller - see photo

Fitting details
This item can we screwed or bolted in place - we supply 4 x M4 bolts and nuts for fixing to a panel. You can use countersunk screws to fix it to a wall etc.
