This listing is for a genuine Land Rover handbrake cable for the Land Rover Freelander 2 2007 -2011 models.

Over time the handbrake cables can start to become worn so this is a great replacement for any damaged cables.

This is only for models with the handbrake lever - it will not fit models with the handbrake switch.

Please note; the vehicle uses 2 handbrake cables - a left and right. This listing is just for the left hand side only.

This is a genuine Land Rover replacement part, but not in retail packaging. The Land Rover part number has been superseeded a few times but this will fit with all the following numbers:

LR001032 > LR008807 > LR014431

Which Vehicles will this fit ?

This handbrake cable WILL fit all the Land Rover Freelander 2 models that are the Petrol 3.2L & 2.2L Diesel from 2007 -2011.

This handbrake cable WILL NOT fit the 2.0L Petrol Land Rover Freelander 2 models.

This handbrake cable WILL NOT fit the Freelander 2 2012+ models which have the electric handbrake.
